This Tribute is supporting St Luke's Hospice Plymouth as a way of saying thank you for all their help in caring for not only Matt but the whole family. The care Matt received was amazing and the staff would go above and beyond to help in any way they could to take away as much stress from us as they could at such a difficult time. Without them I know we wouldn't have got through things. Even down to staff sitting with you and having a cup of tea when their shift was over. Nothing was to much trouble for them and most importantly I knew Matt was in safe hands when I couldn't be with. Please help me help them in Matts memory so they can continue to help other families.
